Without embellishment or subterfuge, it reflects the vintage, dry, with a subtle and vital minerality. You will appreciate it straight and direct, for multiple occasions, for itself and its vivacity, or accompanied thanks to its reliefs built by two years of lattes.
The name "Les P'Tits Vélos" refers to bubbly wines.
They are called "En roue libre" (freewheeling) when they are the result of natural re-fermentation, and "À pignon fixe" (fixed gable) when they are the result of natural re-fermentation. À pignon fixe "when they are re-fermented using a liqueur known as the traditional method.
