Prémices 2023 - Coteaux du Loir - Winery de Bellivière
Lovely, slightly sweet roundness (dry-tender) is contained by the aromatic bouquet of the nose and, above all, by the magnificent acidity-minerality mix that gradually takes over.
The spicy, taut finish, almost peppery with freshness, goes on and on.
We love these Prémices, Bellivière version :)
