Souaf ! souaf ! 2024 - Mas Coutelou - Organic red wine
Aaah, we've always loved the new cuvées from Jean-François Coutelou, who has no shortage of imagination when it comes to blends and vintages.
It's the work of a passionate winemaker, and an excellent ratio for these Grenache, Cinsault and Muscat wines vinified 'en nature' on the Béziers plain. It's a real feat to obtain such fluid juices, without vulgar extraction, and with a saving acidity.
Supple and fruity, round and sapid, tactile and suave, those are the details. So, if you've got Souaf or thirst... go for it :)
