From Aligoté Bouzeron to Pinot Noir de Ladoix, Julien works with fruit in a "reasoned" way. The result is greedy, straightforward and straightforward, and we were delighted! What's more, Julien charges reasonable prices for his fine Burgundy appellations... So why deprive yourself? He's got a great head for business! Active and multi-passionate, Julien already has an impressive back-ground: experience in catering and as a chef, electro musician across Europe and, even today, on the lookout for a little gig work. | Ecole viti-vini de Beaune then Julien was employed on beautiful estates in the Nuits-St Georges region until 2005. This gives us a decided winemaker , at the head since 2003 of a Winery which counts today nearly 4.5 hectares, managed in Bio (without certification), for a work more qualitative than quantitative with limited yields. |
