Potion Magique 2023 - Vin de France - Alice BouvotWinery
A skilful blend of 40% Poulsard, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin from La Mailloche. Harvested on September 5, these were the first grapes Alice had picked in the Jura. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for seven months in vats. This is the most incredible color, with wild aromas of spiced quince and a lovely bitterness of blood orange on the finish. It's truly unique.
