Sooner or later 2023 - Côtes du Jura - Winery Les Bottes Rouges
And yes, this is a magnificent Ploussard, all delicacy and finesse. The spices are there, as are the crushed, cooked red fruits. The tannins are just right. This is a juicy (saliva) wine that's a pleasure to share.
