|Thomas Chany is a very young winemaker of 25 years old (in 2020) who farms barely 1ha in the Languedoc region of France in Puisserguier (34).
After studying for a BTS VITI OENO with internships with Yannick Pelletier and Luc and Patricia Bettoni (Winery Les EMINADES) for vinification (2014).
Employed since 2016 at Winery Les EMINADES, Thomas Chany works his vines in his spare time at the end of the day and on weekends. In 2021 he should acquire a few more Grenaches.
Currently, he offers a single vintage Mangourass 2018 made from 100% old carignan. 3rd vintage on this surprisingly balanced and fresh wine, the natural approach of the work obviously has a lot to do with it! In short, we were all unanimous and enthusiastic about this Mangourass by Thomas Chany, which we warmly recommend.
