Tamino 2021 - Vin de France - Winery Octavin
A cuvée offering a unique tasting experience, marked by maturation under veil, giving it a seductive oxidative profile. Its color is reminiscent of white with orange highlights. On the nose, the wine reveals complexity, with notes of walnut, candied citrus and flowers, reflecting the aromatic richness typical of Jura wines made in the wild. On the palate, the structure is both lively and ample, carried by a fine bitterness, offering freshness, minerality, persistent flavors of ripe yellow fruit and a long, saline, persistent and elegantly oxidative finish.
