Les P'tits Vélos à pignon fixe - Winery de Bellivière (100% Chenin) (Base 2022)
Without embellishment or subterfuge, it reflects the vintage, dry, with a subtle, vital minerality. You'll appreciate it all the more straightforward and direct, for a variety of occasions, for its own sake and liveliness, or accompanied by the reliefs built up by two years of longevity.
The name "Les P'Tits Vélos" refers to bubbly wines.
They are called "En roue libre" (freewheeling) when they are the result of natural re-fermentation, and "À pignon fixe" (fixed gable) when they are the result of natural re-fermentation. À pignon fixe "when they are re-fermented using a liqueur known as the traditional method.
