Les Chassagnes 2018 - Côtes du Jura - Winery Bornard (Savagnin)
Slight hints of oxidative notes (almonds and hazelnuts) on the nose, quickly complemented by grapefruit and ripe yellow fruit.
The mouth is full and delicious with this Chassagnes from maison Bornard.
As always, the finish is long and the pleasure lingers... The final salinity accentuates the effect of this natural wine.
No oxidation. The wine is toasted, and that makes all the difference to Savagnin!
