The vineyard has grown in importance over time. This gives this legendary cuvée from Winery Valette its identity. Clos Reyssié itself represents the very best of Pouilly-Fuissé, and the work of Philippe and Baptiste Valette an original touch that makes it an exceptional wine.
Shellfish, spiced lobster, veal with orange sauce, but also sweetbreads with mushrooms or capon with cream and morel mushrooms... Bon voyage to paradise!
