In the pure tradition of Maison Valette winemaking, the power of the nose explodes with this Viré Clessé . Notes of candied fruit, compotes and marmalade. Citrus fruits (bitter oranges), peel, herbs and spices all jostle together, wrapped in a promising fatness. On the palate, the wine is firmer and more punchy.
Firmness of the mineral -saline- and invigorating bitters. A sapid, gourmet finish.
After all the years of refusing approval, the name Et Pourtant remains on the label!
