Le Clos de Mr Noly is a high-class Chardonnay, a far cry from the Mâcon you find at your local bar. Here, we are in the realm of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune. Powerful, elegant, and very rich in aroma Valette wine has not yet had its final say! Grilled lobster with black butter, langoustine with saffron, or why not Bresse chicken with morel mushrooms, and for everyday meals, smoked white meat!
