Bourgogne rouge 2024, cuvée XXIV - Fanny Sabre
This year's Burgundy vintage is a special one, a generic vintage, certainly, but quite exceptional because, in reality, the grapes—Pinot Noir, of course—come from his Volnay and Pommard plots. In fact, the 2024 vintage was disastrous, and there is not enough volume to release the Volnay and Pommard vintages. So that's the story behind this special cuvée!
Donc ce Bourgogne rouge est sur les fruits rouges croquants, tanins très fins, texture souple et gourmande, accessible dès maintenant avec beaucoup d’élégance et de complexité. La finale se prolonge sur ces petites notes nobles d'épices douces, côté poudré et fraicheur.
