Les Pinots Blacks is the story of a beautiful friendship between four enthusiasts united by a common dream: to give life to an exceptional Pinot Noir. Fabien Espana, an iconic restaurateur in Chablis, joins forces with three exceptional winemakers - Thomas Pico from Winery Pattes Loup in Chablis, Damien Delecheneau from Winery de La Grange Tiphaine in the Loire, and Bruno Verret from Winery Verret in Irancy - to create a unique wine. This surprising project was born of the desire to venture where neither of them usually works, developing a precious hectare of Pinot Noir from the little-known lands of Irancy.
