Purchase of organic grapes in Volnay, a village perched high on the Côte de Beaune and backed by the small Chaignot mountain, forming a slight bend in the general orientation of the slopes: from east to southeast. The premier cru 'Santenots' is produced in the commune of Meursault, bordering Volnay and continuing its Pinot Noir terroir.
The limestone soil gives this cuvée a precise fruitiness and a structure that enhances its aging potential. In vinification, we work with whole clusters, without any additives, to allow for sincere expression.
