Bouzy rouge 2022 - Coteaux Champenois - Champagne Marguet
Benoît Marguet's Coteaux Champenois Bouzy Rouge 2022 is a rare still wine made from Pinot Noir (in 2022) grown biodynamically on the prestigious Bouzy chalk terroir. Vinified by direct pressing and aged for 19 months in barrels without the addition of sulfur, only 1000 bottles have been produced. Remarkably refined, it expresses pure aromas of red fruits, light spices and deep saline minerality. On the palate, the fluid texture and precise balance between liveliness and elegance underline the energetic, artisanal signature of maison Marguet.
