P'tit Bonhomme 2022 - Vin de France - Ugo Lestelle
The cuvée P'tit Bonhomme 2022 from natural winemaker Ugo Lestelle, a high-flying interpretation of Cinsault on schist in Saint-Chinian. This cuvée, vinified in carbonic maceration for two to three weeks, then aged for several months in barrels, seduces with its crisp fruitiness and delicacy, the signature of Ugo Lestelle's minimalist, respectful approach.
A highly drinkable natural wine, P'tit Bonhomme 2022 reveals a brilliant ruby color. The nose is irresistible, concentrated on black cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry, enhanced by a floral touch (lily) and a hint of spice (white pepper, licorice). Fresh, juicy and remarkably smooth on the palate, with mellow tannins, good structure and a light, invigorating finish.
