Les Bouches rouge 2023 - Vin de France - La Porte Saint-Jean
Black fruit aromas mingle with violet, spice, pepper and licorice. The palate reveals a bewitching sap that perfumes the palate without heaviness, all delicacy and subtlety. The finish is long.
A little decanting in its youth will do it good.
Cabernet franc, vines 50% 70 years old, and 50% 20 years old. 24 months aging in barrels 1-2-3 wines and new.
