Wild fruit and brambles, mineral and spice notes.
Structured palate with density and elegance. A true chef, a commander!
Trousseau from vines over fifty years old planted on Jurassic marl at Les Corvées. The wine underwent eight months of maceration in vats, without punching down or pumping over.
