Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut 23/24 - Alsace - Jean Pierre Rietsch
This Crémant d'Alsace from Jean Pierre Rietsch
is made from a blend of 2023 and 2024 Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grapes from the clay-limestone terroirs of Mittelbergheim. These grapes were sorted by plot, harvested at maturity, around 12 degrees of potential.
Vinification:
After a year's ageing in vats, the wine was bottled at the beginning of the harvest, with the addition of fresh grape juice from the new harvest, and a leavening agent for the setting of the foam in the bottle.
No added dosage or sulfites
