Co-vinification of three parcels of Grenache Noir, playing with the subtleties of the terroirs and climates where each parcel is located. Vatting with different methods depending on the maturity of each parcel (whole harvest, destemmed, and carbonic), with the aim of producing a Grenache with fruitiness, but with a certain structure and sap-like freshness.
