New name for the Mon Blanc des Alpes cuvée because Damien wasn't allowed to include "Alpes" in the name of his cuvée... yes, really ;)
A vibrant and delicious Chasselas, carried by a beautiful energy. Its subtle minerality and tension on the palate are balanced with a lovely volume and plenty of freshness.
To enjoy a delicious aperitif followed by a meal based on seafood or cheese :)
