Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu 2022 - Alice and Olivier De Moor
These wines are explosive on the nose, with a diversity of aromas reflecting that of each terroir. The wines retain a certain freshness and minerality. The palate is round and generous, balanced by good tension.
Mont de Milieu reveals itself to be powerful, dense and intense, without denying elegance and purity. While the wines may remain in the starting-blocks for the first few years, they reach their peak after 10 years or more.
