Route-pêche 2024 - Vin de France - Pouce-Pied
Oh what a lovely, lovely wine, with fine aromas of bourbon vanilla, maltiness and dried herbs right from the start.
On the palate, the wine is immediately round, then tightens up to become nothing more than saline mineral tension on the finish, which lasts!
A cuvée that's not yet certified, but organically grown!
