We're talking to you about his Winery

The 27-hectare Winery is located in Thoré, near Vendôme, in Touraine. Planted on flinty clay soils, the Pineau d’Aunis vines—some of which date back to 1890—along with Chenin (nearly 80 years old), Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay, produce wines of incredible purity, characterized by their terroir and balance. In recent years, only the old Pineau d’Aunis and Chenin vines have been retained following a restructuring of Winery the removal of 30% of the vines. Patrice Colin's impeccable work (indigenous yeasts, temperature control, well-integrated woody aromas) produces wines that keep well and can be drunk simply but also with delicate dishes. A great winemaker, in love with his job, shy but efficient, on an appellation of the Val-de-Loire unfortunately little (re)known of an exceptional value for money and which deserves its awards and other references (RVF, Le Point,...) !
