Bouzy 2021 Brut Nature - Champagne Marguet - Grand Cru
This 2021 Bouzy Grand Cru (100% Pinot Noir) is vinified as a Brut Nature. This cuvée immediately captivates with its light ruby color, adorned with garnet highlights and enlivened by fine bubbles. The nose opens with intense aromas of red berries, accompanied by a chalky note characteristic of the Bouzy terroir, as well as citrus zest for freshness. On the palate, the full-bodied and fresh texture reveals a lovely minerality. The whole is carried by a long, briny, and energetic finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it also excels with refined dishes based on fish, seafood or fresh cheeses.
