Our opinion on this organic champagne
Shaman | Marguet Champagne (V2023 blend) - Grand Cru
This Grand Cru seduces with its delicate nose, expressing aromas of red berries, citrus zest and a refined touch of damp chalk. The palate is ample and fresh, with a subtle minerality and a long, vibrant, energetic finish.
Both fruity and chalky, this champagne illustrates the power of Pinot Noir Grand Cru, supported by precise vinification and ageing that respects the terroir. Shaman is a natural as an aperitif, but it is equally remarkable with refined seafood dishes, fine fish or fresh cheeses, underlining its purity and nobility with every pairing.
