Well established in Alsace since 1759 (after all) the Lindenlaub family is today represented by Christophe, winemaker energetic who produces wines in his own image.
TheLindenlaub family has been cultivating vines in Alsace since 1759. Christophe is today the figurehead of the family. A Winery of more than 10 hectares which extends over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig which, as soon as he arrived, went into organic farming. A successful gamble, since certification was obtained in 2012. This was only the first step in a challenge that Christophe had promised himself: to learn to produce high quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment.
To both enhance this revival and validate its quest for fulfilment, it gave birth to a range of natural wines called "Enso". The idea being to no longer necessarily highlight Grape variety , but rather the characteristics of the wine. Lively bottles that invite you to suspend time and rediscover nature in the space of a tasting.
Approved by Richard Leroy Christophe Lindenlaub 's wines have that little bit of soul that makes the difference between a good wine and a great wine. They are energetic, bright and cheerful. We think the same.
