Rosette hillside 2022 - Chablis - Alice and Olivier De Moor
The palate is very tense, very fast, despite a complicated vintage.
Both the nose and the palate are distinguished by beautiful aromas of white fruit, pebbles and iodine. A palate that can be described as rectilinear, transporting us far... very far!
