Savagnin Ouillé Les Trouillots 2022 - Côtes du Jura - Valentin Morel
A luminous Savagnin ouillé from Valentin Morel, made from old vines grown biodynamically on the superb Trouillots terroir in Poligny. Natural vinification, with no added sulfites, gives full expression to the aromatic richness of the Grape variety : a complex nose of white fruits, flowers and fine mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with great purity and fresh, structuring acidity, typical of the Jura.
