Valentin Morel's father's last bottles
Not at all heavy, but easily digestible, far more so than most of the region's straw wines. More classic aromas for this type of wine: honey, caramelized pear, toasted almonds, blond tobacco, green pepper (curry)... Highly complex! The mouth doesn't collapse! Nice little nugget
