Ampersand 2022 - Vin de France - Pech Del Cel
Beautiful volume on the palate, with the same notes as on the nose: floral, spicy, with hints of yellow and exotic fruit. The wine holds us on the palate with its fullness (roundness) and evolves towards beautiful bitters and a tension that makes this wine an elegant, serious cuvée with truly unmissable value for money. A REAL FAVORITE!
- Over-ripe Sauvignon, under-ripe Loin de l'oeil to maintain good acidity.
Aging: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, no sulfites added. Unfined, unfiltered.
