Predominantly Merlot (70%), accompanied by Syrah, l'Accroche Coeur is a fresh, infused wine. The greediness of Merlot with the freshness of Syrah for a pure juice (no sulfites added) signed Jérôme Jouret.
direct-pressed syrah, destemmed merlot & 3-week maceration of floating merlot berries in syrah must. Aged in concrete vats and barrels for 8 months, no sulfites added; released in June 2025.
