A pure Chenin
It is complex. It has volume, roundness and fatness. The palate is marked by minerality and freshness, offsetting the fatness. A rich bottle without being opulent, with lovely aromas of exotic fruit and hints of honey on the nose.
It's best to wait until February 2026 to open this wine, says the winemaker.
