Cuvée Auguste 2023 - Burgundy - Clos des Vignes du Mayne
It's rare to taste such a wine. This variety of Pinot Noir, known as Pinot fin, is quite simply the quintessence of the genre. Rarely equaled, if ever. Here we have aromas of rosewood, elegant old perfumes, Morello cherries, mentholated touches. The fragrances are certainly complex, but once again it's the tactile quality that's impressive!
It's Winery 's flagship vintage, and we understand why.
