"Perdues d'Ailleurs" Sparkling Wine 2022 - Traditional Method - Winery Didon
This sparkling wine reveals a highly aromatic nose: white flowers, candied citrus, lychee, and a hint of lemon. The bubbles are delicate; the palate is juicy and taut, thanks to the Riesling’s freshness, enhanced by a slight (and lovely) bitterness on the finish. Aged without filtration and with no added sulfur: a delightful, straightforward, and lively wine.
It's best enjoyed well chilled with friends, paired with Asian cuisine, for example
