2023 White Burgundy - Burgundy - Winery Didon
Oh, what a gorgeous white!
Aromas of pear, citrus, and white flowers, enhanced by a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with a well-defined texture: the fruit is juicy without ever being overpowering, and a mineral salinity extends the finish with lovely bitter notes! It is precise, energetic, and possesses a purity rarely found in this appellation.
