Champagne Brut Nature "Fidèle" - Vouette & Sorbée
A natural Champagne of rare complexity, 100% Pinot Noir.
Beautiful color, very slightly pink (it's Pinot Noir). On the nose, there are lovely, delicate aromatic notes of small red fruits, almond, and hazelnut. A (slight) oxidation. It brings freshness to this wine with its very subtle bubbles. A pleasant mouthfeel.
Great delicacy for a very looonnnngue finale!
A few shivers run down our spines... A very pleasant moment to spend in good company. Don't hesitate to drink it with a fine meal.
