"Free Cider" - Extra Brut Nature 2024 - From "Des Bouteilles à l'Amère"

A ballad between freshness/tension and density/structure. An unusual cider that doesn't leave us indifferent, far from it... In fact, we love the smokiness amidst the apples. It's a cider that allows us to envisage pairings with Asian cuisines, an iodized/viandé blend.
"Table and aperitif cider. Accompanies seafood and meat (including red meat) at the same time. A nodto old-fashioned barrel cider, English and Basque ciders, bold cuisines from here and abroad, somewhere between tannic wines and tangy beers."
