Our senses (Part Davan and elsewhere) are put to the test with this little gem concocted for us by Jean-Marc Grussaute, of Winery Camin Larredya.
Structural power with a nicely present minerality; rich, candied and energetic fruitiness: peaches, citrus fruits and white flowers.
The whole thing is perfectly balanced!
