"Schistre" - Extra Brut Nature 2025 - From "Des Bouteilles à l'Amère"

A cider with a real, strong personality, just the way we like it; here, big tension and incredible freshness. Salinity on a razor's edge.
And indeed, this cuvée was created with oysters in mind (Chistr: Cidre and Istr: Huitre - in Breton). Of course, it also works terribly well with shellfish.
