We're talking to you about his Winery
Maxime-François Laurent, son of Michèle Aubéry of the famous Winery Gramenon in the Côtes du Rhône created a grape trading business in 2006 in parallel with Winery. It consists of a partnership with a neighbouring winegrower whose vines extend over approximately 6 hectares and are located in the communes of Montbrison sur lez and Valréas. The plots of land and the work on the vines are monitored throughout the year, and the entire vineyard is cultivated according to the Organic Farming Specifications. The subsoil is clay-limestone and the location of the vines gives the wines a resolutely fruity and sunny note. |
The harvest is of course done manually in crates, the grapes are sorted in the vineyard. Maxime vinifies all the wines that come out under his label (he only buys fresh grapes and not finished wines). The vinification is as natural as possible. We are still very close to the Gramenon universe! |
