De l'Autre Côté 2023 (auxerrois) - Alsace - Winery Lindenlaub
The nose contains notes of aniseed and white flowers, all of which heralds good things to come. And indeed, what an attack! This little Auxerrois has energy to spare. Freshness and a slight fatness at the end of the mouth which gives a real density to the wine. A pure pleasure!
