Champagne Vignes d'autrefois 2021 - Laherte Frères
Complex champagne, fresh acidic fruit, floral notes. Chalky, saline palate. Delicate bubbles. A superb interplay of acidity, minerality and bubbles. Magnificent balance, making this champagne something unusual. Unquestionably a Grand Champagne!
Several generations have worked and tended these Pinot Meunier vines. The plots used for this cuvée are located on the Chavot terroir, a clay-loam soil with flint and a chalky layer resting on hard limestone, and on the Mancy terroir, where the soils are more clayey and silty.
