A dry, elegant white wine made entirely from Roussette grapes, with golden hues, blending notes of white flowers, fresh apple, and a subtle hint of honey. A promising 2024 vintage (which shows that Roussette can age well), combining freshness and roundness for a perfect balance.
Best enjoyed with lake fish, tartares, or a Savoie cheese platter, it reveals its full complexity when served between 8 and 10°C. A gem from Winery Albatros to be savored without delay (decanting is a good idea).
