DoraBella 2023 - Winery l'Octavin - 100% Poulsard
(La Mailloche and En Curon vineyards)
From 50-year-old Poulsard vines planted at La Mailloche and En Curon, the fruit was hand destemmed and spent two months on its skins without pigeage. This year's effort is the most structured we've tried, with clean tannins and deeper flavors of exotic spices.
A wine of great quality, fine, light and brilliant!
