La Danse des Corbeaux 2024 - Vin de France La Grange de L'Oncle Charles
A bold and natural Alsatian blend.This white wine is a blend of co-fermented grape varieties (Riesling, Sylvaner, Chasselas, and Gewürztraminer, among others), grown using biodynamic methods on marl soils.
On the nose, we’re immediately greeted by orange blossom, honey, citrus, and candied fruit. On the palate, La Danse des Corbeaux is dry, dense, and mineral, with a beautiful length and a salty finish!
Perfect with spicy dishes, creamy poultry dishes, or aged cheeses.
