Le Chemin d'à Côté 2024 - Vin de France La Grange de L'Oncle Charles
This wine opens with aromas of ripe fruit (yellow fruit), hints of honey and white flowers, not to mention a mineral touch typical of great Alsatian Rieslings. But don’t worry, it doesn’t fall into the cliché :-). On the palate, the wine is lively, balanced, and slightly briny, perfect for pairing with a tarte flambée (flammekueche), grilled fish, or a cheese platter.
An ideal wine for lovers of expressive, natural white wines.

This wine is made from 100% Riesling grapes, grown on granite soils and cultivated using biodynamic methods. The grapes, harvested at optimal ripeness, are carefully vinified: aged in barrels on the lees for 12 to 24 months, without fining or filtration, to preserve their full natural character.
