A wine that pinotes well, with red and black fruit and sweet spices running through its veins. A fresh, saline mineral finish. A fine keel, as they say.
Cuvéenamed after its 40-acre parcel: Les Crays. Here, a version with 24 months of ageing. No filtration, and no added sulfur like all Winery reds.
